75kg/165lbs (failed 80kg/175lbs) - seemed a bit off today with these

101 Calories - PR! Was stuck at 98, 99 and 97. Woo!

15 Wall Balls 20/14 to 10
Time: 8:20 unbroken. two of my biggest weaknesses. Happy with this BUT ready to be sub 8:00!


D. Added in 10 minutes of core work with Andie and Jay - GHD's, L-Sits form rig and weighted planks
